Anton Schultz is a Senior Consultant at Arup, where he specialises in social value strategy, delivery, measurement and reporting across major infrastructure and public sector programmes. He works with clients and project teams to design practical approaches that maximise social impact, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and generate credible evidence of outcomes.

Alongside his role at Arup, Anton is the Founder of Explore Impact, a social impact reporting platform that helps charities, social enterprises, funders and commissioners turn stakeholder feedback into clear, credible evidence of social value. He is passionate about improving the quality of impact measurement and making social value reporting more accessible, transparent and meaningful.
