Jools is chief executive of ISV, having taken up the role in July 2026. Her role involves oversight of the organisation, its services and development, working with the board to develop and deliver on a strong strategy, showing inspiring leadership across the social value field, and advising policy and decision makers.  

Jools has 23 years’ experience leading charities and not-for-profit organisations, engaging and empowering communities, and influencing more sustainable and socially-minded decision-making and policy. Jools loves being outdoors, hill running, exploring new places, and old pubs.

Eimear joined ISV in 2023 and as Member Success Director, leads the development of member benefits, events, training and bespoke support, alongside the ongoing review and development of ISV’s membership offer. She also plays a key role in shaping and delivering the membership strategy, ensuring it responds to members’ evolving needs and supports the continued growth of the ISV community.

Before joining ISV, Eimear spent 16 years working in education, both in the classroom and primarily in senior leadership roles. This experience has given her a strong understanding of the importance of embedding social value in decision-making and ensuring the needs and experiences of those affected are at the heart of the process.

Clare is the Finance & Administration Manager at ISV and has been with the organisation since 2014. Her role involves oversight of ISV's administrative and financial systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, efficiency and consistency across the organisation.

Outside of work, Clare enjoys history, reading and crafts and going on long walks with her dog.

Marcus is Partnerships and Growth Manager at the Institute for Social Value, having taken up the role in July 2026. He works with organisational members, and partners across sectors to strengthen engagement with the Institute and support access to ISV’s membership, training, professional development and wider social value offer.

Before joining ISV, Marcus spent seven and a half years working in philanthropy and partnerships within a university's Engineering Faculty, supporting partnerships with organisations primarily across engineering, infrastructure, construction and related sectors. His experience is complemented by research into integrated and social value reporting, exploring how organisations evidence impact, respond to stakeholder needs and communicate the value they create. Outside of work, Marcus enjoys creating digital art inspired by ukiyo-e and Japanese printmaking, listening to country music, and taking part in parkruns.

Courtney is the Member Success Manager at ISV. Her role involves supporting members throughout their experience with ISV, from onboarding to helping them make the most of their membership and its benefits.

Outside of work, Courtney enjoys horse riding and going on walks with her husband and their very spoilt pup, Atari.

Val is the Marketing Executive at ISV. His role involves developing creative ideas, shaping stories and bringing campaigns to life across ISV's marketing channels, combining creativity, strategy and curiosity to connect people with the organisation and its work.

Outside of work, Val is usually overthinking his next idea, accidentally checking Slack or taking his wife and daughter on their next little adventure.
