I’m a social value professional at Costain with a passion for creating meaningful and lasting social impact through infrastructure, sustainability and community engagement. Throughout my career across charities, education and the private sector, I have worked closely with underrepresented and high-risk groups, including prison leavers, refugees and disabled people.

Supporting prison leavers and helping to break down barriers to employment and opportunity is a particular passion of mine. I strongly believe in the importance of creating inclusive pathways that give people the chance to rebuild confidence, develop skills and access meaningful employment without being defined by their past. I’m passionate about using social value as a tool to create fairer opportunities, strengthen communities and drive positive change across the sector.
