At Compass Group UK&I, I lead a team in Compass One to embed Social Value across operations and deliver meaningful impact for colleagues, clients, and communities. With a background in HR and business management, I bring a strategic focus to building inclusive, values-led cultures. Alongside my Fellow and Level 1 Practitioner status with ISV, I am a Doctoral researcher where I combine academic insight with practical expertise. My work is grounded in a commitment to equity and sustainability, ensuring social outcomes are central to organisational success.
In my ongoing Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) research, I am exploring the intersection of activist leadership, organisational citizenship behaviour, and active citizenship within social value-driven organisations. My study focuses on providing new data from less-studied organisational contexts and offering practical advice for managers who want to integrate social value and active citizenship into their daily operation.
