Profile

I am a programme strategist specialising in evaluation, social value and the design of education, careers and social impact programmes. I have extensive experience of using evidence to understand what works, for whom and why, and translating insight into practical improvements and decision-making.

I have worked across education, STEM, cultural and community sectors, with particular expertise in widening participation and programmes supporting underrepresented groups. I have led and evaluated complex, multi-partner programmes and have strong experience in stakeholder engagement, theory of change, mixed-methods evaluation and social value approaches. I am a Level 1 Social Value and SROI Practitioner and am committed to evaluation that is proportionate, useful and grounded in the realities of delivery; helping organisations demonstrate value while using evidence to learn, improve and create greater impact.
