Lynwen Harrison is a Social Value & Wellbeing Adviser at alinea -sv, supporting SMEs primarily within the built environment to develop, deliver and measure meaningful Social Value.

With a background in HR, workplace wellbeing and people development, Lynwen brings a strong people-focused perspective to Social Value. Her work includes developing Social Value strategies and delivery plans, supporting bids and tenders, stakeholder and community engagement, coordinating Social Value initiatives, and helping organisations measure and report their impact.

Lynwen is particularly passionate about the connection between Social Value and workplace wellbeing. She supports organisations to move beyond standalone wellbeing initiatives by embedding a more preventative, strategic approach into organisational culture, leadership and wider business strategy.

Her areas of interest include Strategic Wellbeing, work-related stress prevention, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion, community engagement and creating healthier, more inclusive workplaces where people can thrive.
