Saiful Alam is an award-winning project manager and recognised leader in social value, sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and community investment. With more than 18 years of experience across housing, local government, the third and private sectors, and the built environment, he has a proven track record of delivering impactful community investment programmes, employment and skills initiatives, social value strategies, and inclusive growth outcomes across complex and diverse portfolios.
Holding an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA), Saiful currently serves as Social Value Manager for a Tier 1 contractor. In this role, he works closely with senior leaders, clients, and supply chain partners to embed social value, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility principles into project delivery and business strategy. He provides strategic leadership and advice on social value performance, outcomes, and impact measurement, ensuring initiatives create meaningful and lasting benefits for clients, communities, and stakeholders.
An accomplished public speaker, Saiful has been invited to speak at a range of high-profile events and forums, including events hosted by the Greater London Authority (GLA).
